How can I Inform you of an Unauthorised Vehicle?

Our parking officers conduct regular patrols of your car park to ensure your parking space is kept free from unauthorised users at all times.

If you have a specific issue with an unauthorised vehicle and you wish to let us know, please use the form below, or email us at info@cspmparking.co.uk. Our control office will instruct our parking officers to investigate the matter for you.

If you choose to email us, please ensure you have informed us of:

• The name and location of the car park
• The Vehicle Registration Number (VRN)
• The vehicle make and model (if known)
• Your name
• Your contact telephone number

Please note that we are not involved in the immobilising or the towing away of vehicles, these practices are not lawful in England and Wales. Abandoned vehicles are beyond our remit and should be reported to the Police. You can contact our office by email for advice on this.
